Spray-on protective coating

Spray-on coatings create a protective layer around an item, providing it with exceptional resistance to moisture, weather conditions, impacts, abrasion and anti-slip properties. Such protective coatings can be applied to various materials, including composite, wood, concrete, metal, polystyrene and many others.

Polyurea

The materials used for this purpose are polyurea,
as well as various mixtures based on both polyurea and polyurethane.

Advantages of this method

  • rapid hardening,
  • high process efficiency,
  • abrasion resistance,
  • weather resistance,
  • water resistance,
  • high elasticity,
  • chemical resistance,
  • protection against moisture, leaks, rust, etc.
  • various material thicknesses up to 8 mm,
  • cost-effectiveness for large spaces and large-volume production series,
  • virtually no emissions of volatile substances into the environment,
  • process mobility.
