GDPR information clause for customers

Dear Customers,

inquiring for an offer, using the contact form on the website or concluding a contract with us, you have provided your personal data so that we can complete the task commissioned to us. We would like to thank you for your trust and encourage you to learn about the ways, in which we process the data.

We process your data:
a) Pursuant to Art. 6, sec. 1 letter a) of the GDPR:
– for the purpose of communication via the contact form,
b) Pursuant to Art. 6, sec. 1 letter b) of the GDPR:
– for the purpose of preparation of an offer,
– for the purpose of performance of a contract,
– for the purpose of provision of warranty services,
c) Pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) of the GDPR:
– for the purpose of keeping accounting records,
– to be able to respond to enquiries from authorised state entities,
d) Pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR :
– for the purpose of investigation and protection against claims,
– for the purpose of monitoring the life cycle of our products,
– for the purpose of evaluation of our market activities.
Please note that submitting any data is voluntary. However, if the details are not provided, it will be impossible to conclude the contract or use the contact form. Without the data, we will not be able to make or implement an offer, contact you using the contact form, fulfil the obligations imposed on us by law or pursue legitimate interests stemming from our business.

We are entitled to transfer your data to public bodies acting under the law. Furthermore, we may transfer your data to entities linked through equity and personal relations. Regardless of the above, we may commission the processing of the data to external companies, such as: suppliers of IT systems, carriers and courier companies, subcontractors or auditors. Should you want to find out who the data was shared with or entrusted to, please contact us at the e-mail address above. We do not transfer personal data outside the country.

We process the data:
a) for contract performance purposes – until the expiry of contractual claims,
b) for regulatory purposes – until the expiry of legal obligations (e.g. 5 years after the end of the fiscal year in which the contract was fulfilled),
c) for product life cycle monitoring purposes – until the end of production,
d) in the case of processing on the basis of consent – until withdrawal of your consent.
We exercise all efforts to make sure your personal data is not processed longer than required for the purposes, in which it is processed.

Please be informed that you have the right to:
– review your data,
– rectify your data,
– restrict the processing of your data,
– object to the processing of your data,
– have your data deleted,
– have your data transfered.
To do any of the above, please contact us at the e-mail address indicated above. For any notification, we will exercise all efforts to consider all claim as soon as possible. However, it is not always possible. For instance, the right to have the data deleted cannot be executed if the processing of such data is required by the law. You will be notified about the decision in a letter or in an e-mail.
If you are not satisfied with the way of processing your data by us, you have the right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Your data is not subject to automated decision-making, including data profiling.
